1. Who we are
grabtheproduct.com is operated by Grab the Product, 3170 US-431, Beechmont, KY 42323, USA. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders and payment
When you place an order we email a confirmation and a secure payment link. Your order is accepted once payment is received. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and any payment will be refunded in full.
3. Prices and promotions
All prices are in US dollars. Promo code GRAB10 gives 10% off eligible items and does not apply to gift cards. Only one code may be used per order. Promotions may end at any time.
4. Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping costs $6.25 and is free on orders over $52 after discounts. Express shipping costs $14.25. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
5. Digital products and gift cards
Codes and eGift cards are delivered to the email address on the order within one business day. They are subject to the issuer's own terms and are final sale once sent.
6. Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration and packaging may vary. Always read labels, especially for supplements and safety equipment.
7. The claw machine game
The claw machine on our home page is a free way to browse products. It is not a contest or sweepstakes, it costs nothing to play and no prizes are awarded. Products you "grab" still need to be purchased at the listed price.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Muhlenberg County, Kentucky.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
