This policy explains how Grab the Product ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit grabtheproduct.com, place an order or contact us.

- Messages: anything you send through our contact form, by email or by phone.
- Newsletter: your email address if you join the Prize List.
- Browser storage: your cart and promo code are kept in your own browser's local storage so they survive a page refresh. We do not use advertising cookies.

- To answer your questions.
- To send the Prize List if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the services needed to run the shop: our payment processor, shipping carriers and our email provider. We never sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter addresses are deleted when you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@grabtheproduct.com. We respond within 30 days.
Children
Our shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
